Returns & Refunds
This policy applies to all orders placed on keechiandco.co.uk, operated by Keechi and Co Ltd.
30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them and in their original packaging.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the cost of returning the item.
How to return an item
- Email info@keechiandco.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Post the item to our returns address below. We recommend a tracked or proof-of-postage service.
- Include a note with your name and order number so we can match the parcel to your order.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return postage. Original delivery is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method. We will email you to confirm when the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different design or pack size, tell us in your email and we will send the exchange once your return arrives.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
